Purpose & Values

Our purpose

To help capable businesses spend far less of their day on work that a system should be doing, so their people can do the work only people can do.

The values we actually use

These are the ones we argue about in delivery reviews, not the ones we chose because they sounded good.

• Say the uncomfortable thing early. A difficult conversation in week two is a favour; the same conversation in month six is a failure.
• Measure or do not claim. Every initiative carries a number agreed before we build.
• Leave capability behind. Success is your team running it confidently without us.
• No hidden interests. We hold no reseller agreements and take no vendor commission.
• Fewer, better engagements. We would rather do six things properly than twenty adequately.
