How we work
A single working method, applied the same way whether the engagement is one quarter or three years.
The method
Phase 01
We shadow the work, time the steps and talk to the people doing them. No survey, no questionnaire sent in advance.
Output: Operations report
Phase 02
Every workflow in scope, scored on hours recoverable, margin impact and delivery risk.
Output: Opportunity map
Phase 03
One lane at a time, in your environment, reviewed by the people who will use it.
Output: Working system
Phase 04
Training, written procedures and named owners inside your team, so nothing depends on us.
Output: Enablement pack
Phase 05
Measured against the number agreed at the gate. Anything underperforming gets fixed or retired.
Output: Quarterly value review
What gets installed
Each layer only ships once the one before it holds.
Principles
The person who scoped your work is the person who does it. No handover to a team you have not met.
Rolling terms with a defined scope and day count. You should be able to leave without a legal conversation.
We fix the workflow first. Occasionally that means talking you out of a purchase you were ready to make.
No reseller agreements, no referral fees. Our only revenue is the fee you agree with us.
Every initiative carries a number set before the build and reported afterwards, including when it disappoints.
Documentation, training and named owners. The engagement ends; the system keeps running.

Questions
How does an engagement start?
With a ninety-minute working session on your operation. You leave with the first three things worth fixing, whether or not you hire us.
What does it cost?
Engagements are priced monthly against a defined scope and day count. The first audit is a fixed fee agreed before it begins.
How long do you stay?
As long as we are earning it. Some clients work with us for a single quarter; others keep a standing arrangement for governance and iteration.
Do you work remotely?
Mostly, with site visits where the work is physical. In manufacturing and field operations we are on site early and often.
