Our founders spent years inside operating businesses watching transformation programmes arrive with confidence and leave with very little. Enormous decks, thin outcomes, and an internal team left holding something they had never been taught to run. We started Bow Valley Technologies to work the other way around: fewer promises, more systems still running a year later.
Why Alberta
We are based between Calgary and Canmore, surrounded by industries where the work is physical, the margins are real and nobody is impressed by jargon. That is a useful audience to build for. If a system cannot be explained to the person who has to use it on a wet Tuesday, it is not finished.
How we have grown
Deliberately slowly. Every person here has run something, delivered something or been accountable for a number. We would rather turn down work than staff a project with people learning on your budget.
